Bob grew up with parents that invested in rental properties and an uncle that was a very successful residential real estate broker here in the Northwest for 20 years. Bob has followed that same passion. He was licensed in 1998 and worked with a well known company in the area. In 2006 he opened his own real estate firm named Triwood Realty.

Bob has a variety of real estate accomplishments and experiences including residential, commercial, leasing, and property management. In addition he brings knowledge in the lending industry having been a Branch manager and Mortgage Broker .

Another attribute Bob brings is his knowledge and vision in project management when it comes to residential remodeling for owner occupied or investment properties. Heather Yin-

Heather Yin is a seasoned real estate professional with experience in the acquisition, development, marketing and management of real estates in Taiwan Taipei R.O.C

Heather has been involved with a wide range of real estate properties, including luxury high rise, mixed-use residential, historical restoration, multi-family and condominiums in the heart of Taipei City.

She also has extensive knowledge in both Commerical and residential Loans, risk analysis and foreclosure properties as well. Heather's prior roles include, Marketing Director at a real estate venture company in San Francisco, Premier Business Banking executive for Wells Fargo and East West Bank and Project Manager for a construction company in Taiwan R.O.C

Heather successfully identified emerging markets with publicly traded developers and formed venture relationships in order to reposition assets with the goal of possessing diverse asset classes of real estate in an effort to temper market instability.

Heather Speaks both Mandarin and Cantonese . Her Hobbies Includes traveling and exploring exotic countries, wine tasting, cooking , music and singing .

Sandra Lum-
Operations Manager

Sandra Lum has been involved both in residential and investment real estate for the many years specify in San Francisco and Washington.

Prior to establishing a real estate career, Sandra worked for over 10 years in Interior Decorating/Designing for Hotels, Worldwide Brand Name Retailers and High-end Condominiums. With the language skills in English, Japanese, Cantonese and Mandarin, she focused in property managing in San Francisco, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Washington. While working in these fields, Sandra learned and developed a wealth of skills which transferred well into real estate. Interior Design Consulting for over thousands of houses for clients at incredibly low cost budget, develop houses for clients from scratch land to finish within 4-6 months period, attention to detail and proactive follow-through are just some examples of her abilities and skills.

Real estate has introduced Sandra to a wide variety of people and opportunities. She has a good understanding of the process of buying, selling, developing and renting properties. Sandra has successfully completed multiple sales including houses, condominiums, townhouses, and investment properties.

I have had a creer in local real estate since 1991, most recently in Mortgage lending in retail and wholesale. I pride myself in research, communication and making sure I am involved in the process at every step. I have lived in King (Kirkland) and Pierce County (Bonney Lake) my whole life and I am married with children.

I have been a homeowner since I was 21 years old.

I currently have investments in Oroville Washington in North Central Washington as well. I will do the research it takes to give you the best information in your decision to purchase real estate. I am fluen in Spanish.
